The world’s forests are no longer seen as remote wilderness frontiers; they are increasingly viewed as global treasures and global commodities shared among developed countries, booming Asian economies, and indigenous residents. This seminar brings leaders from across North America to share innovative perspectives on how to ensure sustainable forests at a global scale.

After each talk by a visiting lecturer, we will be holding small dinners with each speaker to provide students, faculty, staff, and the general public the opportunity for further discussion.
